THE·TEAM is looking for a sharp, organized and culturally aware Social Media Coordinator to support content execution and day-to-day social operations across THE·TEAM’s North America-based corporate social channels and broader social ecosystem. Reporting into the North America Social Lead, this role will work closely with Social Media Managers, creative teams and communications stakeholders to help execute thoughtful, platform-native content across THE·TEAM-owned channels. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their social media career who is passionate about storytelling, internet culture and evolving platform behavior, and eager to grow within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive, with strong writing instincts and a deep interest in social media, culture and audience engagement. A key focus of this role will be supporting publishing workflows, content coordination, community management, social listening and real-time execution while helping maintain consistency and quality across THE·TEAM’s North America social presence.
