About The Position

The Coordinator, Sales supports Youth Sales activities, including the Youth Sales team’s sales efforts and administrative tasks related to Graduation Events. The role communicates with internal and external clients and responds to inquiries received by phone and email about Youth Programs. The coordinator follows established Environmental, Health & Safety policies, procedures, and training, and participates in team member safety activities. The role also performs other duties as assigned. The coordinator is expected to take ownership of the Guest Experience by demonstrating company Service Expectations and following appearance and wardrobe guidelines. They incorporate these expectations into daily work and proactively offer personalized options intended to exceed Guest and Team Member expectations.

Requirements

Microsoft Office skills.
Sales and marketing knowledge or skills.
Flexibility.
High school degree or GED.
At least 1 year of hotel or hospitality industry administrative experience, preferably in sales.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
Experience with SalesForce customer management software.
Experience with student group travel operators.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for activities related to Graduation Events.
Communicate with internal and external clients.
Answer and respond to inquiries on the Youth Sales phone line.
Respond to email inquiries related to Youth Programs.
Support the Youth Sales team's sales efforts.
Follow established Environmental, Health & Safety policies, procedures, and training, and participate in team member involvement activities.
Demonstrate company Service Expectations and adhere to appearance and wardrobe guidelines to support the Guest Experience.
Perform other duties as assigned.
