About The Position

The Coordinator, Sales & Service (located at Store Support Centre) will work closely with Store teams, merchants and vendor partners to ensure seamless execution of client experience programs, executed at an elevated level to retain and build loyalty from both new and existing clients.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of post-university work experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills with the ability to get things done
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; a team player who is able to act as both a leader and an individual contributor as required
  • Confident and effective communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Administer and oversee the ongoing maintenance of Sales & Service programs and associated processes
  • Manage administrative responsibilities, including documentation, reporting, and expense reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Schedule, organize and/or facilitate meetings with vendor partners and internal stakeholders as required
  • Coordinate, organize, monitor, and support Sales & Service programs to ensure effective execution
  • Support program execution by tracking results and progression, providing insights and recommendations to improve outcomes
  • Build strong relationships and partner with vendors, internal stakeholders and store teams to drive program adoption, performance and effective partnerships
  • Oversee administration of client experiences, including itineraries, coordination, budgets, and critical paths/schedules
  • Assist in implementing key projects and initiatives to drive flawless in-store execution, including training programs, launch materials, and corporate policies
  • Support store teams on Sales & Service-related programs and conduct regular store visits to understand processes, identify opportunities and share best practices
  • Communicate parameters, standards, and direction set by Store Support to store teams, ensuring messaging is clear, concise, and actionable, with defined follow-ups to drive alignment and execution
  • Support the ongoing maintenance and administrative support of Sales & Service programs with a focus on sustainability and continuous improvement
  • Provide proactive and responsive support to vendors, internal teams, and store teams to strengthen overall collaboration
  • Maintain expertise in all Sales & Service tools (e.g., clienteling tools) to support adoption & engagement, appointment culture and client retention
  • Support the rollout of Sales & Service programs (e.g., digital experience selling)
  • Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements
  • Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures
  • Perform other duties, as assigned
