Requirements

  • Familiarity with project and task management software.
  • Ability to read and interpret general business documents.
  • Proficiency with working in SAAS platforms, e-mail, and general office technologies.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF.
  • Proficiency in problem solving and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal teams, management, vendors, and customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize workload effectively, managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work with shifting priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Ability to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in workflow.
  • Ability to write routine reports and general business correspondence.
  • Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 1-2 years of clerical experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in Freight Forwarding or Transportation industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain user profiles and licenses for individual employees in multiple SAAS platforms which support the Sales team.
  • Act as the administrator for multiple SAAS platforms, performing functions including password resets, new-user training, ongoing user support.
  • Support Sales training and enablement efforts by creating and maintaining relevant training documents and materials.
  • Perform ongoing account data maintenance in CRM.
  • Perform digital file maintenance.
  • Export, manipulate, review, and distribute sales reporting data for the sales team and sales leadership.
  • Communicate regularly with Sales team members and leaders to understand and support EFW’s Sales efforts in an Administrative and Enablement capacity.
  • Assisting with new salesperson onboarding processes and training as required.
  • Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
