The Coordinator, Recruitment is responsible for providing support to employees and departments through full cycle recruitment, support for employees and providers, and a variety of other general human resources needs. Primary responsibilities of this position include leading the full cycle recruitment process for positions from entry level up to professional/technical level for an assigned group of departments. This includes managing the job posting processes and performing targeted searches for candidates as requested. The role also involves using Taleo Enterprise to manage the recruitment process, including troubleshooting, and LinkedIn Recruiter as a recruitment tool to search for and connect with potential candidates. Additionally, the incumbent will use SAP Organizational Management and Personnel Administration for data entry and troubleshooting, revise administrative procedures as requested, work with recruitment vendors and contractors, and assist Advisors and the Manager with projects as required.
