We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Laboratory Programs Coordinator with a background in analytical chemistry and microbiology to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor�s or master's degree in a related field, substantial experience in LIMS development, and a deep background in analytical laboratory testing and methodologies. Quality Laboratory Programs Coordinator is responsible for the global ownership, optimization, and continuous improvement of laboratory quality systems, with primary emphasis on the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS � LabVantage) and internal proficiency testing programs. This role serves as the central authority for LIMS implementation, automation, reporting, and system integration across all Quality Control laboratories. In addition, the role designs, implements, and maintains a comprehensive internal proficiency testing program to verify and improve the technical competence of laboratory personnel and third-party testing partners.
