About The Position
Patriot LLC is looking for a highly organized, hands-on Capture & Business Development Coordinator to help drive Federal opportunities from identification through proposal, award, and transition. This is a great fit for someone who understands Federal contracting and enjoys being at the center of multiple moving pieces. You will work across business development, capture, pricing, delivery, proposals, recruiting, and teaming to keep pursuits organized, deadlines on track, and actions moving.
Requirements
- 3-7+ years of Federal contracting, capture, BD, proposal, or project coordination experience
- Working knowledge of the Federal acquisition lifecycle
- Experience supporting Federal pursuits and proposals
- Strong organizational, research, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Nice To Haves
- Experience with GovWin, SAM.gov, USAspending/FPDS, CRM tools, or similar platforms
- Shipley, APMP, small-business Federal contracting, or cleared experience
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Federal opportunity pipeline, capture schedules, milestones, and action items
- Support opportunity qualification, capture planning, and pursuit execution
- Research customers, incumbents, competitors, contract vehicles, and procurement activity
- Track SAM.gov, GovWin, Sources Sought, RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and task-order opportunities
- Coordinate customer meetings, teaming activity, partner follow-up, and internal capture actions
- Maintain capture materials, competitive intelligence, win themes, and pursuit documentation
- Coordinate inputs across BD, Delivery, Operations, Pricing, Recruiting, and technical teams
- Support pricing schedules, staffing assumptions, partner inputs, and proposal readiness
- Coordinate capture-to-proposal handoff and track proposal assignments, reviews, and deadlines
- Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data
- Identify stalled actions and drive follow-up through completion
- Support transition of awarded work into Operations and Delivery
