Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism or demonstrated equivalent.
Minimum 2 years related experience.
Ability to effectively interact with of all levels of firm leadership
Highly organized, dependable, detail oriented and thorough
Superior ability to effectively prioritize and manage competing demands to meet deadline constraints
High level of proficiency in InDesign
Exceptional editing / proofreading skills
Superior client service mentality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong business sense, leadership, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the A/E/C industry is preferred
graphic design experience preferred
creative writing experience a definite plus

Responsibilities

Compelling content development
Consultant Coordination
Document Layout/ Graphic Design (in InDesign)
Production schedule and management, including coordination of internal reviews
Proofing and overall quality control
Final production / printing / delivery / delivery tracking
Post-proposal debrief / follow up (internal and external)
Documentation of findings (lessons learned, best practices, reasons for not making short list, trends, etc.)
CRM data management
