This position is located on the Elizabeth City Campus in Elizabeth City, NC FLSA: Professional: Exempt. Salary is commensurate with education and experience. This is a critical fill position and may be filled prior to closing. The Coordinator, College and Career Readiness (CCR) Pathways and Testing coordinates College of The Albemarle's Adult Secondary Education pathways, High School Equivalency (HSE) testing, and College and Career Readiness pathway initiatives. The position is responsible for administering High School Equivalency testing services, coordinating transitional pathway programs, ensuring compliance with North Carolina Community College System (NCCCS), Department of Public Instruction (DPI), GED Testing Service (GEDTS), Educational Testing Service (ETS), and applicable federal and state requirements, and supporting student success through academic advising, pathway development, recruitment, and retention initiatives. The Coordinator oversees testing operations, pathway programming, student intake and orientation processes, and related reporting while collaborating with faculty, Student Success and Enrollment Management, Workforce Development, community partners, and state agencies to promote educational access and successful student outcomes. The Coordinator receives direct supervision from the Director, College and Career Readiness and general supervision from the Dean, Public Services and Community Enrichment.
