About The Position

Thermal Care, part of the Piovan Group, is a leading manufacturer of process cooling equipment and systems for applications worldwide. Requirements

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical blueprints preferred.
• Technical aptitude.
• Knowledge of refrigeration and piping/plumbing preferred.
• Spanish fluent speaking preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service (either face-to-face or over the phone).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have the ability to analyze information in complete detail.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and provide high-quality customer service.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree preferred and/or five (5)+ years of direct work experience without formal education.

Responsibilities

• Working with customers on the phone to identify parts requirements.
• Entering parts information into the M2M system in a timely fashion.
• Assuring that parts orders are shipped according to customer requirements.
• Verifying that the information in the customer master file is accurate when entering orders so that orders are processed through the shop correctly.
• Generating proposals for parts based on phone calls or requests provided by salesmen.
• Taking orders from customers and communicating the information in a well-organized format.
• Professionally handling customer needs and requests at all times; must follow through on any commitments that are made to the customer.
• Learning how to handle credits and returns.
• Interacting with other departments on a regular basis.
