About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of sand operations on a job site. The Coordinator Operations 2 NEX will manage sand drivers, oversee safety performance, perform basic maintenance on sand equipment, and assist with pad cleanliness. The position requires adherence to all safety protocols and proper placement of sand trucks. The role also involves ordering sand trucks under supervision and performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of sand equipment preventive maintenance
• Ability to understand all safety requirements and cautions.
• Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
• Ability to understand and speak English at a level of proficiency allowing employee to issue, receive and respond to both safety and operations-related directions in English
• High School Diploma or GED
• Oilfield Experience - 2-4 Years

Nice To Haves

• Sand Coordinator, Trucking, or Transloading Experience - 2-4 Years

Responsibilities

• Verify sand drivers have proper safety requirements to be on pad.
• Manage safety performance on pad.
• Demonstrate competence to perform basic maintenance on sand equipment.
• Assist in pad cleanliness.
• Wear proper PPE and adhere to all site safety requirements.
• Properly place sand trucks in position on jobsite.
• Perform appropriate maintenance on sand equipment.
• Under supervision, order sand trucks required for pressure pumping operations.
• Perform all other job duties assigned.
