About The Position

The Coordinator of Information Technology Systems is responsible for managing and supporting all information systems at St. Elizabeth Seton School. This includes oversight of software, applications, devices, and both data and communication networks.

Requirements

  • Associate’s (AA) or Bachelor’s (BS) degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience managing IT systems in a school or multi-site environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with Apple School Manager and Apple-based school environments is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra, Workspace ONE (Omnissa), and device management systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage user accounts across platforms including Domain Controller, Azure, Workspace ONE (Omnissa), Microsoft 365 (M365), and FACTS.
  • Oversee Microsoft licensing and account administration through M365.
  • Administer application access via MS Entra (Azure) and Workspace ONE.
  • Manage and maintain devices (iPads and laptops) using Apple School Manager and Workspace ONE / Omnissa.
  • Set up, deploy, and transfer iPads for students and teachers.
  • Assign users and devices in Apple School Manager.
  • Ensure students are enrolled in correct assignment groups within the MDM.
  • Push applications to devices and maintain device compliance.
  • Manage routers and network systems using Meraki, UniFi, and Workspace ONE.
  • Oversee internet content filtering and network performance.
  • Administer FACTS student information system, including: Creating middle school schedules, Rostering students into appropriate classes, Providing administrative and teacher support.
  • Support Canvas LMS, including: Rostering students at the beginning of the year, Making updates throughout the year, Assisting teachers with usage.
  • Develop and maintain school-related websites (e.g., events such as the fishing tournament using Wix).
  • Update licenses, tokens, and certificates for Apple School Manager and MDM systems.
  • Ensure systems remain up to date and compliant with requirements.
  • Provide general troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Offer on-site support for iPads and other devices.
  • Support teachers and staff with technology-related needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
