This role involves ensuring optimal service to customers, managing facility logistics such as scheduling, equipment maintenance, inspections, and inventory. The coordinator will liaise with internal and external parties, assist in developing maintenance plans, and serve as the primary contact for assigned facilities. Compliance with NCAA and Mountain West Conference regulations is essential. The position also involves assisting with athletic programs, coordinating supplies, facilitating participant needs, and reviewing program performance for enhancement opportunities. Communication with customers to determine program options, workforce requirements, and resource allocation is key. Additionally, the role includes assisting with hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of athletic staff, enforcing safety policies, and documenting incidents. The coordinator will also assist with purchasing equipment and services, requesting maintenance, maintaining inventory records, managing special events, and supervising contracted staff during events.
