Position Overview: The Coordinator of Community Outreach plays a key role in designing and stewarding outreach strategies that ensure strong participation in CityKidz programs. Reporting to the Manager of Programs, this position leads community partnerships, recruitment efforts, and engagement systems that build trust with families and sustain a healthy pipeline of participants aligned with program capacity.
