The Arc Erie County NY is looking for a confident clinical leader to oversee and strengthen behavior services across our Residential, Education, Day Habilitation, Clinical, and Community programs. This role ensures high-quality, compliant, and person-centered behavior support services while supervising Behavior Technicians and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. If you’re passionate about proactive strategies, staff development, and improving outcomes for individuals with developmental disabilities, this is a highly visible leadership opportunity. This position plays a key role in shaping behavioral supports agency-wide and ensuring services align with OPWDD and SED standards.

Requirements

Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Behavior Analysis, or related clinical field
BCBA, NYS Mental Health Counseling license, or OPWDD-qualified Level 1/2 BIS.
Required continuing education and credential maintenance
Minimum 3 years supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
Experience developing and implementing behavior support plans
Staff supervision and training experience
Knowledge of OPWDD, DOH, CMS and SED regulations
Valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgement
