Joining an industry leading media team, your role will enhance the connective fabric our media team creates to collaborate, innovate and enable the success of all paid media planning, deployment, measurement and optimization. Reporting to the Director, Media & Optimization you will have the opportunity to own an account end-to-end from plan to analysis and insight. You will be expected to learn fast, ideate and optimize integrated media planning as a foundational piece of our centralized media team anywhere paid media is deployed from RBC. You are results-driven, excel in a fast paced, highly collaborative environments, embrace change and enjoy correlating your work to growth, business results and challenging us with innovative media activations. Embodying a team first mentality, you will get the opportunity to work internally with marketing, measurement & business teams while enabling our external agency partners to deliver their best work.
