Requirements

  • Associate’s degree is required.
  • Prefer 1 - 3 years Coordinator or Production Assistant experience in attraction/production environment.
  • Related theme park experience is a plus; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in film/media production is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with Media Producers on the organization and submission of all project related documentation required for third party Intellectual Property (IP) approval and ensures that the database is maintained to reflect accurate records including transmittal of all correspondence and listed video/audio pertinent project elements.
  • Responsible for downloading, logging and organizing media from vendors. Edit and modify audio and video clips as needed. Knowledge of video and audio software, production process and post production.
  • Responsible for coordinating and scheduling all photo/film shoots, mock-ups, audio sessions and tests for multiple projects.
  • Ensure that all project team members have complete and current information on project scope, budget, schedule procurement and development strategies.
  • Collaborates with project management in the development and processing of all RFP Documents required to procure needed media elements for each attraction.
  • Contributes to the facilitation, organization and reporting of project team meetings and maintains action item lists with responsibilities, duties and current status.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
