About The Position

The Coordinator Manufacturing supports the assembly manufacturing process by managing auto guided carriers (AGCs) and monitoring related equipment systems in real time on the production floor. This includes monitoring the AGC system through a custom Wonderware interface that controls the assembly automated system as a whole. The position is based at Harley-Davidson Motor Company’s York Vehicle Operations facility, a final assembly plant that also performs fabrication, welding, polishing, painting, and parts production.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
Ability to work extended hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

Use SAP for quality data management.
Use a teach pendant to move AGCs manually on the shop floor.
Perform system audits to ensure the AGC system is operating at top performance.
Support team leaders, operators, and supervisors as a resource for AGC-related issues.
Focus on customer service to minimize the impact on assembly downtime metrics.
Provide leadership on the shop floor for continuous improvement activities.
Work within a team to ensure coverage across the assembly process.
