About The Position

The Coordinator of Integrated Partner Marketing plays a key role in creating strong Brand connections that generate consumer demand within the evolving omni-channel retail environment. The primary responsibility is the throughput of Brand communication strategies and their tactical activation in the retail environment, both in-store and online. Establishing and developing key partnerships and relationships with Brand Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, Retailers (customer buyers/marketers/ecommerce), agencies and outside suppliers will be essential to success in this role.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree required in Marketing, Management or Communications
  • 5 + omni-channel marketing experience and applied knowledge of in-store and online retailer marketing, design principles, and understanding of the evolving retail environment
  • Agency experience preferred, including exposure to media buying and planning
  • Digital experience preferred

  • Ability to analyze data (sales reporting and .com analytics) to make recommendations on marketing allocation and spend
  • Superior project management skills, including previous oversight of timelines, budgets and securing critical approvals

Responsibilities

  • Ensure brand and product communications are executed on time and on strategy through proactive relationships with internal account teams and key retailer contacts
  • Improve Brand omni-channel presence (in-store and on retailers’ ecommerce websites) through collaboration with retailers on placement and implementation of marketing materials and messaging
  • Lead creative development of demand-generating marketing materials (both in-store and online) aligned with Brand strategy as well as retailer requirements across point-of-sale, point-of-purchase, new product introductions, media plans, and seasonal initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) owned-retail team to fulfill the in-store marketing needs for owned retail channels including full-price stores, outlet stores, and pop-up/temporary stores
  • Support the development and execution of trade show booths, including the coordination and monitoring of all materials
  • Coordinate the execution of ecommerce product videos to enhance product content and accelerate sales
  • Assist in the management, budget, and approval of all fixture design initiatives, inclusive of production, distribution, and in-store implementation
  • Works on special marketing projects as designated by the Sr Manager, Integrated Partner Marketing.
