About The Position

Assists Compliance Manager and Compliance Supervisor with day-to-day operations. Provides basic insurance and HAZMAT support to field, sales, and Genpact operations. Issues insurance documents. Prepares law suit tenders, and challenges or resolves vehicle suspensions. Provides support for all areas of the RM department. Assists with special projects as needed. Manages “Customer Provides” claims.

Ability to challenge or resolve vehicle suspensions
Support for RM department areas
Ability to manage 'Customer Provides' claims
Ability to receive and route claim inquiry calls
Ability to review claims to determine coverage
Ability to handle tender of customer provides claims
Ability to review Rental & Lease agreements
Ability to review law suits and prepare tender
Ability to maintain Litigation round robin
Ability to review 24/7 accident reports for processing
Ability to distribute Insurance ID cards
Ability to maintain Insurance Card supply
Ability to review/research bankruptcy notices
Ability to research & resolve State Vehicle Suspensions and vehicle verification notices
Ability to assist with special projects

Responsibilities

Receives & routes incoming claim inquiry calls to appropriate examiner or department
Review claims to determine coverage
Handle tender of customer provides claims
Review Rental & Lease agreements
Review law suits & prepare tender
Maintain Litigation round robin
Review 24/7 accident reports for processing
Distribute Insurance ID cards
Maintain Insurance Card supply
Review/Research bankruptcy notices
Research & resolve State Vehicle Suspensions and vehicle verification notices
Assist with special projects as assigned
