About The Position

This role serves as the primary liaison between insurance carriers, third-party administrators, legal counsel, dealership personnel, and internal business partners to ensure claims are investigated, documented, and resolved efficiently. Requirements

1-5 years of experience as an insurance claims representative handling for nationally recognized insurance carriers.
Experience with Auto/Liability/Property claims is preferred.
Track record of serving as the primary point of contact between insurance carriers, adjusters, third-party administrators, legal counsel, and dealership leadership.
Highly organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism.
Possesses strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience reviewing and coordinating insurance claims involving property damage, general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation, and other commercial insurance matters.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between insurance carriers, third-party administrators, legal counsel, dealership personnel, and internal business partners.
Ensure claims are investigated, documented, and resolved efficiently.
Monitor claims throughout the lifecycle to ensure timely investigation, documentation, and resolution.
