Coordinator Initial Lender and Title Delivery - US Based Remote
About The Position
This role is responsible for reviewing, inputting, and updating loan information, including mortgage clauses, loan amounts, loan numbers, and lender contact details. The coordinator will also add lender contact information within files, identify discrepancies, and communicate findings or follow escalation guidelines. Additionally, they will update title commitments, prepare ALTA supplemental documents, generate Preliminary Closing Disclosures (CDs) and ALTA Settlement Statements, prepare Closing Protection Letters (CPLs), and ensure timely distribution of requested documentation to lender contacts.
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in title, escrow, mortgage, or loan processing strongly preferred
- Familiarity with ALTA documents, title commitments, and closing documentation is a plus
