Marketing Coordinator - US Based (Remote)
About The Position
The Marketing Coordinator will assist with the development and execution of website and team site strategies, updates, and maintenance. This role involves copywriting and content development for online newsletters and e-marketing efforts, as well as coordinating events, including logistics, displays, travel, promotion, and distribution of materials. The coordinator will also develop and update marketing and sales materials using Adobe Creative Suite, work with outside agencies on creative projects, manage CRM contacts and reports, and develop visual presentation aids like PowerPoint presentations. Additionally, they will manage promotional material quotes and production.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of marketing experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Nice To Haves
- Experience using SharePoint preferred
- Familiarity with Marketo and Basic HTML a plus
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 a plus
- Experience in the agriculture and/or animal health industry preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with the development and execution of website and team site strategies, updates and maintenance
- Copy write and assist with graphics and content development for online newsletters and other e-marketing efforts
- Assist with the coordination of events including logistics, displays, travel, promotion and distribution of appropriate printed materials and all follow-up efforts
- Develop and update marketing and sales materials (brochures and other literature) utilizing Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat Pro
- Work with outside agencies or other resources on projects including creative work and execution of marketing tasks
- Assist in management of CRM contacts and reports to optimize marketing efforts
- Develop/maintain visual presentation aids, such as PowerPoint presentations
- Manage promotional material quotes and production
