About The Position

Performs daily responsibilities in Imaging that helps to fulfill the hospital’s mission statement. The Imaging Clinical Support Team Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative direction to the Imaging Clinical Support Team. The coordinator assists in the evaluation, coordinating, implementing and maintaining all new and existing Imaging policies and procedures. Coordinates the daily operations and staffing levels of Imaging Clinical Support Team. Ensures a smooth and efficient daily work flow. Assists in the interview, orientation, and training process for all new Imaging Clinical Support Specialists. Establishes and maintains good working relationships with Colleagues, guests, nursing staff, and the medical staff. Establishes and maintains professional working relationships with the radiologists, referring physicians, colleagues, and patients. Performs assigned administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Must be a high school graduate or have evidence of the equivalent.
  • Must have legible handwriting.
  • Must be proficient in spelling.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications, email tools (calendar, scheduling, email) and Internet.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates Degree, Business or Junior College secretarial/clerical training.
  • Previous management experience.
  • 3 years secretarial/clerical experience.
  • Previous use of spreadsheet software.
  • Computer Management.
