About The Position

This role ensures accurate and timely timekeeping for Primoris Energy Services projects in Hubbard, Texas, supporting payroll and project cost tracking.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in a related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in a timekeeping, payroll, or administrative role, preferably in a construction or energy services environment.
Proficiency in timekeeping software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Basic understanding of payroll processes and labor laws.

Responsibilities

Collect, review, and verify employee timecards and timesheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Input time data into the company's timekeeping system, adhering to established deadlines.
Reconcile discrepancies in time entries and collaborate with employees and supervisors to resolve issues.
Process and track leave requests (e.g., vacation, sick leave) and other time-off accruals.
Generate regular timekeeping reports for payroll processing, project management, and other internal stakeholders.
Maintain organized and confidential timekeeping records.
Ensure compliance with company policies, state, and federal labor laws regarding timekeeping.
Assist with new hire onboarding related to timekeeping procedures.
Communicate effectively with employees and management regarding timekeeping policies and procedures.
