About The Position

Responsibilities

• Perform physically demanding tasks, including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating basic hand and power tools.
• Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., pipefitters, welders, electricians) with their duties, including fetching tools and materials.
• Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and other vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites, including disposing of waste and debris properly.
• Follow all safety procedures, regulations, and company policies, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Perform flagging duties to direct traffic as needed, ensuring public and worker safety.
• Operate small equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, or forklifts, if certified and experienced.
• Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects on schedule and to quality standards.
• Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to supervisors immediately.
