About The Position

Primoris Energy Services is seeking skilled Craft Professionals to join our team in Sherman, Texas. This role involves performing various construction and maintenance tasks on energy-related projects, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proven experience in a relevant craft (e.g., welder, pipefitter, electrician, millwright) within the construction or energy industry.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in operating hand and power tools safely.
• Strong understanding of safety practices and procedures in a construction environment.
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site in Sherman, Texas.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., welding certifications) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned construction and maintenance tasks according to blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform welding, fitting, pipefitting, electrical, or other specialized craft work as required by the project.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, as well as OSHA regulations.
• Inspect work for quality and compliance with project standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other craft professionals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to immediate supervision.
