Working closely with the Non-Gaming Controller, the A/R Clerk will play an important role entering, posting and reconciling batches, research and resolve customer A/R issues, prepare aging reports, place billing and collection calls, maintain cash receipts journal, and update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L. The role requires exhibiting conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Palms Casino Resort and departmental policies and procedures. Consistently delivering positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees is essential. The position also involves maintaining a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment, demonstrating a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service, and ensuring prompt and discrete notification to senior management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts and/or internal ethics violations. Other duties as assigned.
