About The Position

This is a seven-year position contingent on grant funding. The Coordinator, GEAR UP works with a cohort of students to increase postsecondary enrollment by providing leadership, training, and technical assistance in support of systemic reform of school services for student academic success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Three or more years of experience working with schools, the target population, and/or higher education institutions.
• Experience working with community organizations.
• Experience with academic and enrichment programs.
• Resume must be uploaded.
