The Coordinator, Event Operations (Seasonal) supports the planning, execution, and operational management of MLB events and initiatives across multiple business functions. This role is responsible for coordinating complex event logistics, managing operational processes, developing event-related materials and communications, and supporting cross-functional project execution for high-profile league events, including but not limited to World Tour, All-Star Week, Winter Meetings, Little League Classic, and Postseason activities. The position requires strong organizational and project management capabilities, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
