Catholic Charities of Baltimore, Esperanza Center is seeking an ESOL Program Coordinator (AEPC). This role will coordinate the activities and functions of the ESOL Program, ensuring students are registered, tested, and assigned appropriately. The coordinator will manage student data entry and maintenance, train teachers, ensure curriculum and teaching materials are relevant, prepare grant reports, and monitor student progress and satisfaction. The AEPC will also represent Esperanza's Educational Services program at conferences and events, provide public education, and serve as a liaison to other educational partners. Duties include adult program staff supervision, teacher training and supervision, student intake and assessment, curriculum development, data management, program outreach, teacher and student recruitment, and overall program operations. The Esperanza Center is a comprehensive immigrant resource center that has been providing hope and essential services to immigrants since 1963, offering services and referrals, ESL education, health care, and free or low-cost immigration legal services.
