Reporting to the Water Compliance Lead, the Environment Coordinator, Water Compliance is responsible for the ongoing management of and compliance to regional and local permits. The position requires a broad base of scientific knowledge, technical skills, project and contractor management experience. To be successful we are looking for someone that demonstrates strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making abilities. We require someone who can adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment and has the skills for critical thinking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to find solutions in a proactive manner is vital for success. In this role you will have the opportunity to work on site at our Greenhills Operation. Time will be split between the office and field while working a compressed work week. This is a great opportunity to collaborate with departments across the site, as well as our centralized and dispersed Environment teams. Join us in the breathtaking Elk Valley of British Columbia.
