About The Position

The Detroit Regional Chamber is seeking a full-time Coordinator, Engagement to execute the Chamber's established customer engagement and retention strategy for all assigned accounts. This role involves communicating the Chamber's value proposition, providing exceptional customer service, and managing the membership roster. The Coordinator will ensure Chamber communications reach customers based on their interests and maintain accurate records in the CRM management system. This position works closely with the Director, Engagement Operations to identify and update member information, assist with annual account verification, and track all activities.

Requirements

Excellent interpersonal skills.
Understanding of the Detroit Region's business community.
1-3 years' experience working in a business environment.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.
The ability to effectively organize and establish priorities.
Experience in client relationship building a plus.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Executing the Chamber's established customer engagement and retention strategy for all assigned accounts.
Communicating the Chamber's value proposition to all customers.
Providing exceptional customer service.

Ensuring Chamber communications are reaching the customer based on their interests.
Updating all records in CRM management system.
Identifying members whose information is not current.
Updating internal database with any changes.
Assisting with annual account verification.
Tracking all activities.
