The Detroit Regional Chamber is seeking a full-time Coordinator, Engagement to execute the Chamber's established customer engagement and retention strategy for all assigned accounts. This role involves communicating the Chamber's value proposition, providing exceptional customer service, and managing the membership roster. The Coordinator will ensure Chamber communications reach customers based on their interests and maintain accurate records in the CRM management system. This position works closely with the Director, Engagement Operations to identify and update member information, assist with annual account verification, and track all activities.
