Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certification for ICS/NIMS and HICS within 6 months of hire
Responsibilities
- Functioning under the direction of the Director of Security & Emergency Preparedness the dedicated, disaster planner will implement all local city/county or federal grants’ requirements in the facility.
- Activities must be coordinated in accordance of the local agency’s requirements that implement the programs for their respective community or county.
- May be responsible for emergency preparedness of multiple facilities as appropriate based on proximity within the same state.
