Supervises operations support area to ensure the timely and accurate preparation and control of documents in accordance with established departmental standards. Location: This position is full-time (40-hours/week) Monday-Friday in typical office environment. You will work an 8-hour shift, 8:00AM – 5:00PM. This role is located onsite at 1657B Murfreesboro Pike, Nashville, TN 37217. What You’ll Do: Ensures the timely and accurate sorting and distribution of claims and written correspondence. Mains all job descriptions and desk procedures. Responsible for recruiting and hiring, coaching and mentoring, monitoring and evaluation, and addressing all disciplinary issues in a timely manner. Encourage staff in creating and maintaining a work environment with high morale and employee satisfaction through support of professional development, training, career growth, and rewarding high performance. Ensures compliance with contractual performance measures. Ensures consistent application of management controls.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 5 years of office or clerical experience, including one year in a team lead or leadership role or equivalent military experience in grade E4 or above.
  • Excellent scheduling and organizational skills.
  • Good judgment skills.
  • Ability to persuade, negotiate or influence.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
  • Basic business math proficiency.
  • Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • 2 years of supervisory or management production experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Analytical or critical thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access or other database software.
  • Knowledge of Kodak Image Plus System and equipment.
  • Various on-line systems such as INFOPAC.
