Requirements

Previous experience in customer service is mandatory.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook/Teams) in a Windows environment.
Ability to work with multiple systems and manage data accurately.
Team orientated with a positive and collaborative attitude.

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound emails and calls related to customer account inquiries from internal and external customers.
Collaborate with data operation teams to ensure accurate implementation and maintenance of customer data.
Coordinate with internal teams to support account inquiries and issue resolution.
Maintain and update customer account information within internal systems, including Access Databases.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational efficiencies.
Provide backup support for weekly reporting and data upload processes.
Provide backup support for card printing and related inquiries.
Generate and distribute weekly account statements to stores.
Respond to internal requests and provide cross-functional support as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
