The Coordinator, Community Engagement role provides an opportunity to be part of an exciting and vibrant community of adoptive families and adopted persons. This individual will have administrative as well as client-facing duties working with adopted persons and adoptive families within their role in this department. The ideal candidate will support the Associate Director and Manager within the department, is detail-oriented and can communicate with, engage, and support a diverse population of local, national and global families. This individual possesses excellent program coordination and planning skills with an enthusiasm to connect with our diverse adoption community. The Coordinator plays a central role in the development, advancement, planning and execution of community programming. The ideal team member will coordinate and implement work plans; engage and educate groups, and carefully monitor program activities to ensure growth, quality and outcomes. This person will also coordinate with marketing and outreach to make sure the events are advertised and reach their intended community. Occasional evening and weekend work required. This is a full-time, in-person position with an annual salary range of $60,000-$65,000.
