About The Position

Fidelity’s SkillBridge Program is a 12-week fellowship for active-duty service members, designed to bridge the gap between military service and corporate readiness by providing business exposure, on-the-job-training, mentorship, and professional development. The Role The Coordinator, Commonwealth Pier PMO role supports the Director, Commonwealth Pier Program Management and plays a key part in the activation and opening of Commonwealth Pier. This pivotal position bridges strategy and operational program management, ensuring the flawless delivery of a defined program. You will be involved in hands-on coordination, readiness checks, and crafting a seamless workplace experience for associates and visitors. Responsibilities

  • Complete assigned program tasks related to opening activities.
  • Prepare spaces for associate and vendor visits, walkthroughs, and readiness checks.
  • Assist with on-site coordination, including signage placement, workspace setup, and inventory management.
  • Support preparations for move-in days and employee onboarding activities.
  • Maintain checklists, trackers, and provide simple status updates.
  • Be present during key project phases (move-ins, installations, punch-list reviews).
  • Assist with badge distribution, wayfinding, and setup of temporary workspaces.
  • Identify minor issues (missing items, labeling needs, readiness gaps) and bring them up to the Program Manager.
  • Welcoming associates and visitors, providing wayfinding, information, and answering questions.
  • Provide clear, timely updates to the Program Manager on finished tasks and problems.
  • Assist in preparing materials for employee communications (agendas, instructions, move guides).
