What Collections contributes to Cardinal Health Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets. Collections is responsible for the collection of outstanding accounts receivable. This includes dispute research, developing payment plans with customers, and building relationships of trust with customers and internal business partners. Job Summary: The Coordinator, Collections is responsible for the timely follow-up and resolution of insurance claims. This role ensures accurate and efficient collection of outstanding balances from insurance payers, working to reduce aging accounts receivable and increase cash flow for the organization.
