About The Position

Leveraging Levy Australia’s cutting-edge, guest-centric approach, you will be tasked with delivering legendary experiences for the up to three million guests to hundreds of events Melbourne Park welcomes each year, including the world’s biggest tennis tournament, the Australian Open. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will play a key role in ensuring all major sporting competitions and entertainment events are staffed. Leverage your organizational skills to contribute to a streamlined and effective scheduling process and collaborate with a dedicated team of operational professionals to ensure an excellent overall guest experience.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience within the Hospitality Industry or high-volume scheduling experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience with workforce management software and tools (Deputy knowledge desirable).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to fostering relationships and stakeholder management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage schedules, rosters, and resource allocation plans to ensure optimal workforce utilization and meet service demand across multiple venues.
Identify opportunities to optimize resources, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
Identify skills gaps and support with recruitment, training, and development to build a skilled and capable workforce.
Analyze historical data, trends, and future projections to forecast staffing needs and identify potential workforce gaps.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including management, HR, and operational teams, to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
