As a Coordinator in Canadian Wealth Management (CWM), you will play a pivotal role in the effective functioning of the CWM head office and provide essential support to the leadership team. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative tasks, with a focus on efficiency, confidentiality, and professionalism. Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in an admin/coordinator role (financial services an asset).
  • Highly organized; able to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Clear communicator with a professional, client-ready approach.
  • Discreet and trusted with confidential information.

Nice To Haves

  • familiarity with financial terminology.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations (meeting rooms, supplies, and service partners).
  • Serve as OHS representative for multiple floors; support inspections, incident tracking, and hazard prevention.
  • Provide backup coverage to Executive Assistants and support urgent priorities.
  • Support planning and logistics for employee/client events, conferences, and seminars.
  • Partner with the support team and follow Scotiabank values, policies, and risk/compliance requirements.
