The Coordinator, Business Development & Marketing provides research, coordination, and administrative support to internal Business Development and Global Marketing teams. This role supports proactive new business and marketing initiatives by conducting prospect research, maintaining contact and target lists, preparing company backgrounders, tracking outreach activity, and assisting with internal workflows. The position is primarily internal-facing, execution-oriented, and does not include client-facing responsibilities. This position is part-time (10–20 hours per week) to start, offered on a defined term employee (DTE) or contractor basis, with the potential to evolve into a full-time role based on business needs.
