About The Position

The Brand Solutions team, part of the Sales and Representation division at Fenway Sports Management, supports the organization's partnership sales efforts. This team acts as an internal "brand marketer," creating compelling partnership stories, identifying new platforms and commercial opportunities, and developing impactful solutions for brands that align with world-class properties. The Brand Solutions Department is seeking an individual passionate about creating brand partnerships that drive results. This role will be a key contributor to FSM's Global Partnerships team, supporting a variety of prestigious brands and entities across the Fenway Sports Group portfolio and strategic ventures. Key areas of focus include golf (PGA TOUR, LPGA, Pro Shop, Versant), LeBron James' Marketing & Representation (LRMR & Fulwell Content Studio), Liverpool Football Club, and FSM strategic partners (Aryna Sabalenka, Rajasthan Royals). Responsibilities include developing pitch materials and partnership narratives, ideating on marketing platforms and creative campaigns, managing sales pipelines, tracking inventory, and building commercial deliverables. This role requires diligence, collaboration, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sport Management, or a similar field strongly preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience with brand strategy, activation, and/or sponsorship sales in a team, league, brand, agency or corporate setting.
  • Passion for sports marketing, media, and sponsorship sales.
  • Motivated by challenging the status quo and thinking “outside of the box”.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a strong attention to detail, and the ability to execute multiple tasks independently in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint), CRM experience is a plus.
  • High level of personal and professional integrity.
  • Ability to travel, work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Support account sales leads throughout brand conversations across all FSM global properties.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams to ensure sales approach and materials are data-driven, story-led and reflective of property identity.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders within properties to develop and approve partnership content.
  • Assist on pipeline management, weekly reporting, and CRM organization.
  • Gain a deep understanding and organization of available property inventory.
  • Help evolve and maintain sales materials and go-to-market positioning across global properties.
  • Support creation of commercial marketing platforms and new inventory.
