About The Position

Supports CCMR efforts, managing assigned specialists (advisors), initiatives, platforms, and programs related to CCMR advising by developing and implementing programs designed to prepare students for post-secondary success. They are responsible for the CCMR success of the students and campus within their affiliated unit. The Coordinator 2 will work closely with other CCMR staff and may have extra duties aligned with specific areas of specialization.

Requirements

• Experience in supporting CCMR efforts.
• Experience in managing specialists/advisors.
• Experience in managing initiatives, platforms, and programs.
• Experience in developing and implementing programs for student post-secondary success.
• Ability to ensure CCMR success for students and campus.
• Ability to work closely with other staff.
• Willingness to undertake extra duties.
