Requirements

• University Education: Electromechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, or related (Degree or Professional License)
• Experience in Maintenance, Maintenance Programming.

Responsibilities

• Plan, Initiate, and Modify the planning cycles of Preventive and Predictive maintenance activities, determining their optimal start based on frequencies, production plan, and necessary requirements.
• Administer the list of Delayed maintenance activities (backlog) for planning to generate feedback to programmers and/or the planning manager.
• Ensure strict compliance with the Work Planning and Control procedure in the CEPROs, as well as alignment with the centralized planning center manual, with the objective of guaranteeing maximum reliability of the assets.
• Coordinate and Guarantee the training of plant programmers to ensure the correct execution of the programming of activities applied to the assets.
• Consolidate, Analyze, and Present maintenance indicator results for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly meetings with area management and leadership, ensuring information is updated for decision-making.
• Advise, Supervise, and Guarantee the updating of planning and programming processes based on world-class methodologies and practices, seeking continuous improvement in the CPC (Centralized Planning Center) process.
