About The Position

To lead the cargo and courier product at the assigned stations (JFK, BOS, IAD, ORD, RDU) by coordinating and executing commercial initiatives aimed at achieving budgetary and sales targets for cargo products. This role involves supervising our vendors to ensure compliance with all requirements outlined in the Copa Airlines Cargo manuals and maintaining budget control to monitor product profitability. Additionally, the individual will fulfill responsibilities related to the Operational Safety Management System (SMS) to ensure its effective implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences or related fields (International Business, Foreign Trade, or Business Administration).
  • Over 3 years of proven experience in sales with administrative responsibilities in execution and control.
  • More than 3 years of demonstrated experience in operational management of Cargo & Courier handling.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in team leadership.
  • Strong skills in communication, influence, leadership, results orientation, and organizational abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English languages.
