This role involves following up and responding to all messages related to Cargo Operations and transshipment issues. The primary goal is to maintain a smooth and regular communication chain between Transshipment Management, TMCC, IDT, and Customer Service staff to coordinate the best and fastest connection. The role also involves collaborating with various stakeholders to coordinate load, discharge, vessel finalization, and adherence to deadlines and cut-offs, as well as the maintenance of these processes.
