Essential Duties and Responsibilities ·Create PMs in CMMS system Coordinate and track Preventative Maintenance for equipment Coordinate and manage repairs to equipment using internal and contracted resources Obtain quotes for repairs Order parts and other items as needed Schedule repairs Review invoices and attach to asset history Communicate with various departments regarding equipment needs Assist with developing replacement equipment plan Perform audits of equipment Assist in cost reduction efforts for the fleet Utilize various computer software for Purchase order entry, service ticket management, Forklift utilization, etc Qualifications Education: High School degree or GED equivalent Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Values a diverse and inclusive work environment Prior experience in Fleet Management Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and strong internet skills Effective communication skills, verbal and written Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively Mechanical understanding/background Core Competencies: Attention to detail Time management Organization Urgency Training: Orientation Working Conditions & Physical Requirements Please refer to the general office physical demands checklist for more information regarding the working conditions and physical requirements for this job.
