About The Position
Meadow Gold Dairy is hiring a Warehouse Vacation Relief Operator in Billings, Montana. The role performs a variety of warehouse functions in warehouse, cooler, freezer, and dock environments while following company safety and quality standards. The schedule is a four-day, 10-hour workweek, with days varying because this is a relief role. Pay is $23.26 per hour, with a $0.50-per-hour night shift differential when the majority of the shift falls between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Operators may make up to $27.37. Candidates with a valid CDL receive an additional $1.00 per hour premium. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass all pre-employment screenings, including drug, background, and criminal checks.
- Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach, and bend virtually the entire shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, assist others when lifting is necessary, and manually stack and move cases up to 6–8 cases high.
- Must be able to work in a wet environment and in temperatures maintained at 35–40 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Pick, pull, and build customer orders.
- Palletize products for shipment.
- Load and unload trailers.
- Stage materials for outgoing deliveries.
- Work at assigned warehouse stations and production lines as needed.
- Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow company safety and quality standards.
