About The Position
Meadow Gold Dairy in Great Falls, Montana, is hiring a Cooler Relief warehouse operator. The role performs warehouse tasks such as picking, pulling, and building orders; palletizing products; loading and unloading; staging trailers and materials for outgoing delivery; and working at any assigned station or line. Warehouse operators safely operate material-handling equipment and machinery in warehouse, cooler, and dock environments. The schedule is based on business needs, with a guarantee of 40 hours per week. The position starts at $22.84–$26.87. Benefits and conditions may vary by company and governing CBAs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Able to climb up into and out of trucks and use stairs for most of the shift.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass all pre-employment screenings, including drug, background, and criminal checks.
- Able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach, and bend virtually the entire shift.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds, assist others when lifting is necessary, and manually stack and move cases up to 6–8 cases high.
- Able to work in a wet environment, in temperatures maintained at 35–40 degrees Fahrenheit, and outdoors throughout the year.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
